excellent...thanks....I also felt the request to authorize the share increase too extravagant also. It does not need to be billions. Those guys need to prove they can be trusted with the share account bank....using the printing machine too fast may break the whole system. And those incentives they asked for? What are they? How would they be distributed? What safeguards would be in place to prevent unwarranted handouts. Can't the management be accountable for handout plans? How about handing out half of those desired to hand out to the shareholders...dividends? What does the CEO mean suggesting the only way to get more revenue is to acquire it through acquisitions? huh?
