well said bids- IMO, i could see an AS increase later on, any company NEEDS available shares overhead for things like preferred shares, employee stock options, M&A deals and making sure it is impossible for any single share holder to stage a hostile takeover by owning majority of shares. a reasonable increase later, inline with business growth and real needs, would not be a negative.
