8.5 B outstanding
5.0 B retirement (speculating)
=3.5 B outstanding
PPS of $0.05 = Market Cap of $175 MM (easily attainable with the right updates/forecast)

In my opinion this is very possible, knowing that SG has official plans to reduce UCSO OS by 50% (80 MM to 40 MM) The UCSO reduction is a little different because of the multiple company structure.
