While I agree that the company has "a reputable CEO with a prestigious background", the rest of the post is entirely inaccurate IMO...the product tech that ONCI is building revs with is built on an award winning solution for distracted driving...winner of the Frost and Sullivan's Award, as well as maintaining 34 patents and patents pending (defendable) for DD solutions in tech.

BREEZE = In horse racing terms, to run easily, under a hold, but with little encouragement.

RUNNER = Messengers who rush stock orders received to brokers for execution in the pit.
