ALKM FB updates today 5/2/2018

#1 Alkame Holdings Inc. Hello, yes. All true. Our apologies, but we can only get on Facebook sporadically. We’re busy building the business, but we wanted to take a moment this morning to relay our status and provide an update. The auditors had given us a list of the last straggler documents they needed and we have also circulated the last draft of the K. That has been returned to the auditors with the accompanying documentation they requested, and we are expecting a response today. If all goes well we should be going into our concurrent partner review and get the authorization to file. We were hoping to file on the 1st, but at this point we believe we are days away from filing and finally being able to put out that Shareholder Update press release that we are all excited about. Today being Wednesday, and it takes a little time to do the edgarizing once we have the approval, we don’t see any reason why we couldn’t get this filed next week. We’ve done our part now we’re waiting on the auditor and excited to get going.

#2 Alkame Holdings Inc. The company will make a formal announcement and we will provide a shareholder update press release, which will catch everyone up with what’s been going on.
