The only concern is paying $12M. Not that it doesn’t make sense, but that amount for $600k in sales. You don’t pay on what it will be worth in the future. You pay what it is worth right now. It is only generating a small amount of sales. The cannabis companies throw shares around like nothing. The market wants sales of cannabis not more and more dilution.
