TIN: "Glancing over the institutional filings since January, it's been almost entirely selling and very minor buys except just one or two firms. Where are all these disposed and issued shares going? I find it hard to believe retail buying is behind it considering retail hates this place."
it's simple. most of the shares are in the hands of short-term traders, just like the case for most penny stocks.
Tutes arent interested, dumped.
Long retail has had enough, may hold but that's it.
So we are a trading penny stock at the moment...the worst position to be in for dilution. the last dilution was sold to Flippers, hence the tanking.
Stock will not recover unless, like Iggy says, we either do some big cash deals or sell the company.
Shorts in total control waiting for the next dilution this fall at $1.
Time for Ken to do a big deal. FAST!
HOV: "It's not much of a red pill to state that the company needs money, and that dilution at low levels isn't the way to accomplish that"
it is a massive red pill when Iggy follows it up with: "So Berlin needs to either start licensing/selling indications or sell the whole company."
You arent there yet, but you will be.
Future proves past.
soon most of this board will be where I was 9 months ago.
DEAL or STB
You have to ask yourself, "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do you short punk?
