stockprofit, I'm not sure. I don't think so. I think it's part of the 362M, but most people refer to 120M of that being held by insiders, even though it's not. Because it used to be. I think 242 really are held by insiders, and 120M by former insiders who are just regular investors like us (non-restricted). If I'm wrong, I hope someone can clarify.
