Is this reasoning correct?

For each 1 Billion USD - $1,000,000,000.00 awarded:

Total shares = 421M [ 126M PWCRF and 295M PAW ]

Value per share: $1B USD / 421M OS = $2.375 per share

So if they got the full 2.1B then around $5 a share?
