But you can bet IVS realized all the steps and stages....thats what they do. pretty simple eh?

I think Il go to the transmission shop tomorrow and stand out front with a megaphone and express all my concerns about these parts.

I mean there could be issues with

Axial balance
tangential balance
rotational ballance
and heaven forbid harmonic issues.

and then there are bearings, (of different types) ball, roller, and bushings. and where these parts were made, and the metal alloy could severely impact the longevity of said transmission.

AAAAANNNDDD then theres metal fatigue. were these parts new? were they magnifluxed for cracks? How were they machined? forged, powder pressed, cast? what about work hardened during the machining process? did they use proper coolant?

Im going to need a recent calibration cert on all the measuring equipment used by QA and the sample ratio too?


AAANNNDDD then theres seal quality.
what about the.......

did I mention the valve body? Lots of moving components in there..
