The Kims are raised on politics. As much as Trump is a wannabe ruthless thug, Kim is the real deal. He has no plans to dismantle his nuclear weapons... His suspension of the program after having proven the technology necessary to hit Washington with an ICBM doesn't mean much.

Let me repeat... Kim has accomplished his goal. North Korea is a nuclear arsenal state. We don't know that he can miniaturize a nuclear weapon and/or manage to produce an effective reentry vehicle, but he can work on that piece of technology. But he's essentially there.

Donald Trump is taking credit for the peace overtures between the Koreas, but it was Moon who ran on that promise. Trump can swagger and thump his chest all he wants... He's a pathetic fop, a silly preening rooster taking credit for the sun coming up.
