I was talking to a poster last night on the phone and explained it this way.
The WORLD was in serious trouble in 2008, WHEN WE WAMU were seized and I think this is how the back room 5th taking case got dropped.
PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE we have a problem that will affect the world and here is how we are gonna correct it.
WAMU you gonna get taken down and JPM is gonna service your loans AND BE PAID for doing so for the next 10 yrs, this should be ample time and cash to prop their balance sheet back up.
Now you were gonna have to pay someone anyway so sit down and SHUT UP. Once JPM and the economy gets well YOU'RE GONNA GET YOUR STUFF back, but guess what you're gonna get it back in a clean shell with NO DEBT no overhead no nadda, but a lot of assets returned and you can start over again and probably grow much larger than you ever were or would have been, but by doing this in short YOU WAMU saved the WORLD ECONOMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL went on in the cover or BK nothing left we lost nothing ABS MBS HELOICS ect kept going AND IMHO are STILL THERE aND WILL BE RETURNED
In my heart of hearts I firmly believe we CURRENTLY are being set up to be the NEXT mega financial lender in the country.
The FEDs have seen the have to lighten up by only using one bank(JPM) as their CLEARING HOUSE.
And for payback for DROPPING the 5th taking case, AND SAVING THE WORLD ECONOMY, DA FEDS will imho work with us on several levels, failed lenders, failed insurers ect ect ect.........
JPM won't be teh GO TO ANYMORE for everything, enter WMIH!!!!!!!!!!
If IF IF you think I am NUTZ then please tell me WHY there is so much interest by 136 hedges,soft bank,Fortress,KKR, Citi and others in a company that has ZERO bidness and 6 bill in NOL's???????? AND that POS co can obtain a bridge financing loan to the tune of 2.5 bill DOLLARS with NO KNOWN assets????????

We just had JPM servicing our chit money has still been being made and accumulated, and now hopefully we get out stuff back and can really move forward.
ALL shareholders could have held, the only ones that really got the shaft were the employees but I am sure most of those were as well picked up by JPM
Point is sometimes things are larger and just more important than JUST one company or 1 pesron or even 10,000 people, for the sake of THE GREATER GOOD.
Sorry but its the TRUTH, if don't believe me ask anyone here that was in the service and involved in combat, sacrifices are made through life in many many ways
