Company PPS being highly manipulated/shorted for a reason. Generally precedes a major announcement. Simple logic: Consider as to why a PPS would drop after such positive announcements as TXT recently had. Much DD shows NO SELL with any firm or guru.
Our experience has confirmed that big money, using HFT trading tries to force a company share price down so as to acquire more shares at a cheaper price. Now consider "why".
