The operative word is "guess". People have been guessing for a year and have been proven wrong, even after supposedly having been told by management.
Get real. What is going on here is completely shady and dishonest. There is clearly a reason why the Schena's are unwilling to release the financials. It most likely has to do with the Taub case or there has been a falling out with RRBB.
They should have put out an 8K a long time ago and notified shareholders about the reason for the lack of financials.
This is just so typically unprofessional and devious.
