Take 5 gosh darn minutes and read the filings where those 7 and 8 cent private placements came from. They came when the stock was at $0.12. They aren't being issued now when the share price was at $2, how hard is this to grasp? The stock has increased dramatically in the past 2 months and those people who signed the private placements look like Geniuses at this point. Good for them as they took the risk and most of those Shares are restricted anyway.
