April 27th: WMILT 1Q report due

May 14th: Last day for WMIH-NSM to list shares to NASDAQ

May 15th: Gallagher and Fairfield's employment will not end. It has been extended until Merger is finalized after that Jay Bray will be the new CEO.

May 17th: Nationstar annual meeting. Proxy votes.
The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott, 8440 Freeport Parkway, Irving, Texas 75063.

June-July: Merger finalized
