Thanks for the input.... I'm trusting the CEO either way. I hope he closes the deal. I just would like to have our footprint increased to a 100K total in Nevada because:
1. It is a stable market price-wise. With GB's efficiencies we would have an advantage.
2. It is closer to the TECO facility thus making it easier to manage and replicate the operation.
3. The price looked great for instant revenue and all the additional licenses.
4. The size is perfect and enough for the next 3 to 5 years..

I forgot to mention that when I was in Las Vegas, the Hotel association was considering allowing people to smoke cannabis in their hotels. I don't know what happened but that's what is going to happen.
Maybe someone in the board can find out
