Again, the article you posted contains nothing concerning EMP, it only discusses cybersecurity. What evidence do you reference to support your stance. Are you pointing to hacking of substations or switching stations, or standby generators? I think you may be confused.

Anyway, based on Dr. Peter Pry's interview. It seems the Obama administration took no view other than doing whatever it took to sign an Iran nuclear deal.
