SG stated during the last UCSO conference call that he is planning to reduce the outstanding shares of UCSO by 20 million, and then reiterated with an additional 20 million. 20MM + 20MM reduction planned for UCSO which is a very positive sign for the SEEK outstanding share count. Ultimately, one would assume that UCSO and SEEK will unite when all restructuring is complete.
