OMG mjt.......you really seem like a nice person. Dilution possible? It's a CERTAINTY. Hartman is pure slime. He doesn't give a damn about his shareholders. He continues to encourage his long tern shareholders (like me) to continue holding when his idea of paying his bills is to continue taking money from his loyal shareholders while giving NOTHING in return. The whole purpose of the rs is to get the share price above a penny to facilitate dilution. He's a complete narcissist who cares about no one but himself. He refuses to do anything to market his products while competitors continue to grab market share that could have been his. He's a sick man.......he really is. And this is all I my honest opinion. Down over $15K now so I'm willing to lose the other $2K if this bastard gets what he deserves.
