There is something very shady going on with UATG.. Several months ago they PR'd they changed their state of incorporation to Florida from Delaware (which was confirmed)

So as of then (and now) Delaware shows them as dissolved and Florida shows the new corp.. Here's the issue, Florida shows ONLY 1m shares authorized, that tells me they're riding in the dark and this really is a 100% scam/scheme or they're planning a massive R/S leaving the A/S at 1m or increasing the A/S to many billions in a filing to Florida SOS, which one is it?

How can they have almost 1b O/S when the state they're incorporated in only shows 1m shares total A/S? Expect the $hit to hit the fan here and soon..
