I think the mm's will take the pps to any level that's balanced with the penalty of not covering. If the penalty is a fine, they have that amount of play - any pps that will cost less than the fine, is a good bargain - if it is jail time, then it's worth whatever $$ amount they place on their freedom and so on. If there isn't any penalty in place, then we may be spinning our wheels as it may be a better bargain for them not to cover at even a slightly higher pps. I'm not real sure what happens to them if they don't cover - I think we need that information available on this board somewhere, that could make all of the difference next to more buying pressure.
