After the BS MJ play new management touted the company went dark..after diluting the crap out of the company..hence the maxed out shares
SO just because IVS takes control doesn't mean a new company coming in doesn't have to deal with ALL the issued shares outstanding, pfd shares issued to shareholders, or other liabilities the NV corporation has, etc etc
so a new company or new management would want a clean slate...why would anyone want to have ALL the old companies issues?..that makes zero sense.
in meantime there are dumb investors and flippers will have a hay day....just don't get caught holding the shares in the end I guess
