Question, why would any company want to come into a shell with 200m shares issued, debt, liabilities etc etc... read MGON old financials...old shares issued WITHOUT cleaning house

Would YOU take your company into a pubco and want millions and millions and millions of shares hitting market .. free for all to dump whenever....new company would have zero control
