irrelevant as any new company will reverse split shares to squat and start fresh with their own company...so shares outstanding will only determine the reverse split number. Don't believe the hype BS.. weed play was back in 2013.. dilution of the 200m authorized Bagholders merely changing places at this point..sorry for the bad news
