oh but there is so much more ,the complaint just covers a couple of transactions and up to 2014. the majority of this mess happened after that time up till the time of indictment!!!I look for more SEC action in months to come ,also I think California is on to RL. Mr Ellenbogen is also the prosecutor that handled the case in the southern district of new york with Randal and Board member Lane Harrison about a year ago for FRAUD!!!that has been kept real quiet.
