The 'ol placeholder guy in the driver's seat is just keeping the engine warm until then. And probly hoping like heck the PPS doesn't fall below 0.98 cents in delisting terror-tory.

I'm not expecting much of anything happening until that ICEO to CEO transition....but the new guy will have some tough decisions to make.

Dilute or not dilute? That will be the question. Because let's make a deal doesn't seem to be happening under the ICEO's watch.
