I'm not a TA expert, but in this case I think AGGI has been largely ignored until now, and people just waking up to it's potentials.

It has been my experience that the market usually takes a little time to digest news. However, if the company follows through with more news to follow up the recent PR blitz, this thing could rock. (not an official analyst term, but wtf)
