In 4Q17, Botox’s annualized run rate was ~$3.5B and climbing fast (#msg-138309451). Adding in Dysport, Xeomin, and the minor players, the 4Q17 annualized run rate for all botulinum toxins was about $4.3B.

Using grade-school compound arithmetic, it’s not hard to foresee annual worldwide sales of botulinum toxins exceeding $15B in the next decade or so (#msg-119792298).
