Read the Prospectus's for the Wampq + Wamkq Prefs, it's as clear as can be.

Those shares were never associated with any Trusts but rather the financial performance of WMI, which paid their dividends or NOT.

WMI had inter-company agreements with certain Subs that funded it from profits and/or retained interests in MBS's.

That misinformation was introduced to the board and allowed to take root, but it's 100% wrong and proved so already.
