I forgot about the 101 issue TBD in Casper court.

I don't think the recent USPTO's new 101 guideline in reacting to a CFAC decision will have any bearing in Casper court. Let's hope Worlds will survive the 101 challenges, and it will not face Mayer in any future appeals pertaining to Alice/101.
