If the CAT doesn't monitor alertness in true realtime,

and is not capable of communicating realtime status to a supervisor instantaneously, I don't
see it as a viable copycat of CURA. My caveat is I don't know much about the CAT product, only what I briefly read, but I do know it's been discussed already on this board some time ago. I still don't see realtime alert warnings in CAT's literature. Maybe someone can find out about this and about how the CAT product's been selling.
