uh huh .. i'd suggest doing some DD ..

but as always NRs' angst is due to one fact .. as of today
P2O remains an OTC *SURVIVOR**
after NRs' initial illegal stock manipulation of PTOI in December 2009

how many years is that now .. rhetorical .. :)
