Exactly Dennis, MCGI's noteholders unleashed as much dilution as they could over the past week of trading through mm BMIC the moment they got word that Alpine Clearing had lost their X clearing status through mm BMIC and that BMIC was granted a 1 week extension and then would be gone from alpine clearing otc subbies for good.
