Valuation and current share price: To put it simply, there is a large disconnect in the share price and the value of our company. This is nothing new in the biotech world and especially regarding pre-revenue biotech’s. When asked if the share price can affect the late stage negotiations for possible license agreements and partnerships it is unlikely for us because of the crowded room of interested parties. There is already a set value that has been discussed many months if not years ago. That value has been the anchor and set by clinical data and market space. From that bar, the increasing interest has only grew and further discussions with new parties have set that bar higher due to demand. The question we ask is if the interested party aligns with our goals and visions.
