If Fredly makes too much war the share price will get another hit

That might very well be the case, but not necessarily; All PR is good PR with SIAF Actually, if it is played out right it might boost the PPS somewhat

If Fredly puts out a case where it seems likely that he will be able to force Solomon's hand in regards of the TRW-dividend, then the PPS could rally somewhat (or at least not be more depressed).

If the market believes that Fredly will be able to force SIAF to do the TRW-dividend of say 0.5 TRW-shares pr SIAF-shares and 3$ value pr TRW-share, then the dividend would be worth 1.5$ pr SIAF-shares. Ad some discount because of the risk and you should still be trading above the current 0.4$.

SIAF basically stated in the 10-K that they can give 2/3 of the 18.3% now, but that they want to stall it because of the financing-process TRW is in (loan, pre-IPO and/or IPO)
