Maybe the extra dilution will be compensated by the (possible) increase in the megafarm ?
SIAF has said 18.3%, but they could very well surprise us with the possible extra shares in TRW (although 400k of them are already reserved for ECAB). If there is no more dilution, and half of the extra 8.7 million TRW-shares is given as dividend (Solomon did say 50% of the shares, hence the 18.3%) that would bring us back up to 0.85 (well, close to).
The trw-partners should also be responsible for this
Indeed, but this is on Solomon. And even if the partners are to blame, and a normal CEO would take measures to remedy the situation, Solomon is not going to - he would rather throw his shareholders under the bus. Heck, he'll even buy a bus with our shares so that he has a bus to throw us under!
