Agreed!!! Any Beneficial Interests from MBS's pledged directly to WMI or WMIIC, produced only CASH returns.

The $M question is whether any of these agreements survived the process and are still valid.

"IF" the answer is yes, then IMVHO we will only receive strictly cash.
