RVNC- Todd Zavodnick acknowledged in the investors day presentation that putting together a commercial team now was early by normal standards as you had noted before. He noted you only get one chance to launch and good planning it would help Revance make the right decisions.

I liked the commercial discussion that included the importance of social media, expanding the addressable market of patients and focus on what drives physician practices to be successful.
