you have only to consider the reality of the history vs the dreams of the "management" team. nobody in prison ever said they did anything wrong, either. also.... when the ECAB deal is blown up and the "Garrett group" takes their position to zero from $4MM on conversions, you can consider what the real "per share" value might be.... since SOS will probably triple (or much worse) when a $10MM market cap company has $25MM in convertible issuance outstanding without a price floor and with really pissed off investors. garrett himself already told you that "this isn't me it's my investment group" which means unaffiliated persons since he is likely seen as an insider. nobody here is losing money, they're making a killing n the bands of common shareholders and profiteering for themselves. that's expected behavior.
