Of course Garrett can force this, he has chosen not to. He signed up to lend the company $4 million. He knew he company was cash poor. I would think he also knew repayment wouldn't come anytime soon or at least until they got paid by Triway. Garrett is a fine poker player IMO, he is not showing his hand. He has leverage and he is not about to lose it until Solomon runs this company to create value. He benefits and so do we.
