How come a buy trade occurs at the ask and the ask size does not decrease?

How is this even possible?

Did someone at the same instant decide to sell another exact same amount of stock at the exact same price?

Sure that's possible, might happen once in a million years LOL

When a trade goes off at the ASK and the ASK size does not change....

A POS MM is ILLEGALLY NAKED SHORTING the stock - Na that shit doesn't happen in the OTC pinky land - na never LOL sure
