In my humble opinion time is running out on the pump. How old is the patent? If I were a an OEM .. why buy it when I can wait a year or two and re-patent it? If I'm a big enough OEM I just steal it outright and let CRGS fight it in court. Not very ethical but I have seen it happen too often.
