Looking at the chart, it doesn't look like .0022 were sold anytime recently. So either someone is taking a loss, or diluted shares are still hitting the market. It doesn't seem they want to dip under .002 either. So, I imagine the pps of those shares are in the teens.

You're probably right with no updates soon. The L2 does look extremely thin.
