When you think of all the TV ads for "claiming your share of the Mesothelioma trust funds etc" Matt was the first one to make that case.

He was basically a small town lawyer that took down giants, a real life rain maker as it were. As I recall he took on John Manville Corporation and General Dynamics. Of course most of the clients were dead by that time. Asbestos related diseases are a death sentence. But Matt's the reason we aren't walking around breathing it in our homes and workplaces today. He's why pipe fitters and yes, plumbers like your troll, are allowed to breathe well into their fifties. (while still despising the people who made that possible)

I don't remember what made me think about him. Probably the meanness of people running shit into the ground these days.
