It may seem that way but I don't agree. I think the discussion we had today is far more constructive than any phone conversation. And the reason is, we can think things through which is important to me.

Garrett seems to have a good handle on the situation what needs to be done from a shareholder perspective.

So I think today was very constructive. The alternative would be, we would all be guessing what that "toxic" note is about.
