The loan remains open and no shares have been issued.



First of all, thanks for taking the time to shed some light over this whole situation. This gives some comfort in these troublesome times...

Unfortunately, the above quote actually makes me more worried.

The convertible note in the filing was due in Feb so I guess the only way the loan can still be open is if a new convertible has been issued...

If so, my guess would be that there is no floor on convertion price this time as well?

And the fact that no shares have been issued is not that comforting since conversion can take place any time until October.
