Gregory O Trautman is the cause of all of this. He is the SEC sanctioned broker (google it) that tried to manage Seaniemac behind the scenes with his RDRD II fund (which has some big name Israeli Russians he is likely looking over his shoulder for). He thought he was smarter than everyone else but could never get in front of the convertible note debt. He did all of this behind the scenes because SEC sanctioned him from being a corporation Director or CEO. It's a shame because the deal with SGS and Optima could have gone somewhere.

It's unclear to me whether the senior lender is still trying to get the SGS site back for a RM within the betting world. I've tried to find out but everyone is silent since foreclosure proceedings in UK began in January. I assume the foreclosure is complete and senior lender working on financials to file before working on any RM into BETS.
