Snow I would have a conversation with Garrett and you would sleep easier. I found him to be a man of high intellect, integrity and candor. Now I might be naive but I am usually a good judge of character. My guess is that Garrett is just as frustrated with Solomon as the rest of us and wants some leverage to make Solomon act in the best interests of the shareholders. In fact much of our discussion centered on paying the shareholders a dividend. I suspect Garrett had a lot to do with convincing Solomon (so to speak) that this was the way to create value on Wall Street and to start to get institutions involved (which we both agreed would be the only way this is going to get us a real valuation). Frankly I am thrilled that Garrett has this leverage over Solomon, Finally we have a Western Wall Street guy driving the car. You should be happy too!!!
