Good morning,

I was wondering if you could please provide me with some feedback surrounding the submission of the Annual Report to OTC Markets last Wednesday April 11th, 2018 for the removal of the stop sign. Would you be kind enough to relay any information delays you have received from OTC Markets. Also, if it is not too much trouble would you be comfortable including a copy of all the fees owed and paid by way of any receipts proving that you have fulfilled all your obligation to them as well. I appreciate your attention to my request.

Hi, as of late yesterday, we were advised that the 2017 annual report, which was filed last Wednesday, was in their review process. They further stated that due to 2017 Annual report filing deadline yesterday they have been overwhelmed with uploads to review, and reviews are taking longer than their usual 72 hours.
See the attached copies of the payments made to OTC Markets.
